I am an experienced yoga teacher trainer who meets the highest credentials under the Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 & YACEP. I have been a lead-trainer and/or co-director in over a dozen teacher trainings including numerous 200 hour, 300 hour and Pre/Post Natal and Restorative Teacher Trainings.

Primary areas of expertise: Asana, Anatomy, Physiology, Bio-Mechanics, Natal, Restorative

I teach creative, physically explorative, breath-centred sequences ranging from all-levels to advanced. Whether teaching beginners, or complex advanced postures, I am told that my humour and attention to detail help students grow in their practice (and have fun doing it).

As a continuing education provider, I occasionally offer workshops and other "teaching skills upgrades" designed for Yoga Teachers and which count as credits for maintaining yoga alliance standards.
